Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: If the products are in stock, and the order is received by 12 noon Mountain Time (M-F only), we will ship the order the day it is received. MyCamera.com ships the majority of all orders within three business days.

Q:Why doesn't everyone pay sales tax?
A: MyCamera.com is located in the state of Colorado, and is therefore only required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to locations within the state of Colorado.

Q: What are the shipping methods and costs?

Q: What is the Gray Market?
A: Gray Market products are products that are meant for sale outside of the US. Warranties are typically not honored by manufacturers in the US for Gray Market products. Rebates and special incentives are also not honored for Gray Market products. Manufacturers can identify Gray Market vs. domestic products by serial numbers or by model number. MyCamera.com does NOT sell any Gray Market products. We value our relationships with the manufacturers in the US and want to pass along all of the benefits of US merchandise to our customers.

Q: What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
A: MyCamera.com offers a wide range of searches to help you find what you are looking for. The search appears as a pull-down menu at the top of each page in the colored bar above the tabs. By clicking on this menu, you will see the range of searches available. The most comprehensive search is our Advanced Search. This powerful search will allow you to search by Category, Vendor, Keyword(s) and Price Range. For instance, if you are looking for a 35mm SLR by Nikon for a price range of $200-$500, you can click on the 35mm SLR category, Nikon in the Vendor listing and type in your price range in the boxes and hit search. It's that easy.
